Top Shop Scam

Top Shop recently charged my credit card for a purchase that I didn't make. I emailed their support several times and have not gotten a reply. I also called their listed phone number which does not work. This has been going on for 5 days now and I still have not received any return phone calls or emails from Topshop. Are these people for real?

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered goods from Topshop on 11th Dec. Today is 12th Jan still no delivery.
I have emailed details of my payment but getting nowhere.
Reporting to Trading Standards. Wiah more people would do the same.

Satisfied, but not Thrilled

I'm writing a review as after I ordered a product, I saw a few very bad reviews. My experience with topshop.one store was fine. Product arrived in very good condition, well packaged, matching the description. Delivery not fast but okay.
Not easy to reach, that's why I give only 3 stars.

This is a mixed review, based on the topshop.one store in London

This is a mixed review.
Sometimes I find that the value for money of products from Topshop varies.
I have recently brought a pair of shoes, which I was very pleased with the quality of them and the price.
The staff in the topshop.one store are always kind and helpful.
Though I find that a lot of the clothes (not all) are not value for money as the quality is nothing special and not great when compared with other high street shops with the same price points.
I feel as a brand Topshop lacks consistency.

Poor quality services and products

Will not be shopping with Zara again, poor quality product, ordered a skirt with in 1hour of wearing a hole appeared due to poor stitching. Contacted them to sort this out and 7 weeks later they still haven’t come back to me, contacted them again and they said it’s being looked out. Shocking services for such a large corporation.

Inferior Product

I ordered flip flops - the description stated you could adjust the tightness by the Velcro flower. The flip flops I received were not as stated. The flower was for decoration only, cheap material, poor quality and they have a horrible odor. After several emails, they even admitted they were sent the wrong product from their vendor. I wanted a full refund - they would not agree. They won’t even respond to my emails now. I spent 35.97 + shipping for an inferior product that should go in the trash.

Hello ,

It has been more than 6 months that I sent the jacket back and I m still waiting for my money.
This is unacceptable from such a big brand as top shop.
If I didn’t t check my bank account ,you could have just kept the money and never gave it back.
This is the 6 mail I m writing after I returned te jacket !!!
If you don’t respond I ll make sure you will hear from my lawyer and I m certain if you choose this way it will be more expensive for your company than just the cost of a jacket.

Cutest crop top - Its the volume sleeves for me!

I bought a Topshop embroidered cropped blouse via ASOS, what really caught my eye was the volume sleeves with added ruche around the arms and the flower embroidery detail all over the top. This fits perfectly as its cropped length is not too short and has the right amount of cleavage. The blouse is in satin-style fabric, it was originally £29.99, and I got it on sale for £10.80 which was a massive bargain. Now that lockdown has been slightly eased, I will be wearing this to a bottomless brunch with the girls soon.

After a long Odyssey...

After a long Odyssey, started in January, I found out a way to get in touch via email with Arcadia customer service (yes, they answered back! Still not very helpfuf).
I am determined to receive a clear answer about my "lost" refund.
It speaks for itself, the treatment reserved by the customer service was very, very poor.
As other users' already mentioned, Asos couldn't help with my refund.

Absolutely disgusting customer service

The worst experience I've had with a company. I sent my order back to them 2 months ago with proof of return. Still no confirmation of receiving my return on their end even though I know it's been received. I can't contact customer service anymore, the emails I send are replied to with a automated response saying the email doesn't exist anymore. I won't ever get my refund! This should be illegal!!!

A:

Well I send my items back using the shipping label which was provided in the box. I never got refund. I will say don't bother. They are out of business in USA and they obviously don't care anymore.

A:

Did your order ever arrive? I'm in the same boat. Customer service is outstandingly horrible. Cannot see a number to call from Canada either.
